How to make Penne Arrabiata

  • Raw Penne Pasta150g
  • Refined Oil10g
  • Pasta Sauce150g
  • Diced Onion30g
  • Cauliflower florets60g
  • Salt sachet-
  • Diced Green Capsicum60g
  • Sliced Black Olives20g
  • Oregano Mix2 sachets
  • Chopped Garlic10g
  • Chilli flakes4 sachets
  • Water60ml
  1. 1.Boil the pasta in salted water for 10 minutes. Strain the pasta in a colander and let it cool; sprinkle some oil to avoid sticking up. Set aside.
  2. 2.Heat oil in a large pan over medium-low flame; add chopped garlic, chilli flakes, diced onions and capsicum. Sauté for a minute.
  3. 3.Now add cauliflower florets and keep stirring for 3-4 minutes. Add the pasta sauce, oregano mix, water and stir over medium-low flame until vegetables are cooked.
  4. 4.Add water to get the desired consistency of sauce, increase the flame and adjust the seasoning, if required .Cook further, stirring occasionally, until the flavors come together.
  5. 5.Add the cooked pasta and half of the olives to the sauce and toss it well to mix. Serve hot, garnished with black olives.
