How to make Veg Hakka Noodles

  • Leong Hakka noodles200g
  • Sliced Onion50g
  • Julienne Cut Capsicum50g
  • Chopped Spring Onion20g
  • Shredded Cabbage70g
  • Shredded Carrots40g
  • Dark soy sauce1 sachet
  • Four Seasonings Powder10g
  • Refined oil20ml
  • Chopped Garlic20g
  • Chopped Green Chillies10g
  • Hot Garlic sauce30g
  1. 1.Boil 2 litres of water in a vessel; add 5 ml of oil to it. Once water comes to boil, add raw noodles to it and cook for 3 minutes, stirring it occasionally.
  2. 2.Once done, drain the water and spread noodles in a tray to cool down. Sprinkle 5ml oil and shake to prevent noodles from sticking.
  3. 3.Heat 10 ml oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, green chilies and sauté for 10 seconds. Then add julienne cut capsicum, sliced onion, shredded cabbage, carrots and stir-fry these for 1 minute on a high flame.
  4. 4.Lower the flame and add boiled noodles, salt, pepper, soy sauce and again toss it until everything mixes well.
  5. 5.Finally add chopped spring onion and serve hot with hot garlic sauce.
