You can redeem your SurePoints against your future orders within the EatSure app.
₹1 = 1 SurePointThat is, if you spend ₹300 on your order, you’ll get 300 SurePoints. Simple.
20 SurePoints = ₹1 Which means, if you’ve 600 SurePoints, you get ₹30 off on your next order on the EatSure app.
Your Faasos credits get converted to SurePoints on the EatSure app!For every single Faasos credit, you get 20 SurePoints worth one rupee. Which means, if you have 300 Faasos credits, you get 6000 SurePoints worth ₹300.
No, you can earn SurePoints on every order, irrespective of your order value.
Yes, your minimum order value should be ₹99 to redeem SurePoints.
Yes, you can get SurePoints for the orders you have placed in the last 30 days on Swiggy or Zomato, from our sure choice of restaurants. Your SurePoints will be equal to your order value (exclusive of delivery fee & tax).You just have to download the EatSure app and enter your order CRN to collect your SurePoints.Please note that in a month you can claim SurePoints for maximum 1 Zomato/Swiggy order(s).
Your SurePoints are valid for a duration of 60 days from the date of order.
No, you can’t retrieve your expired SurePoints. Be sure to use these on time!
No, currently we do not have the facility to transfer your SurePoints to any other account. They’re exclusive.
While your SurePoints can be redeemed against your order, these can not be converted to cash or be credited back to your bank account.
Yes, you can redeem SurePoints up to the value of your order. However, you cannot combine these with discounts while redeeming these on our app.
You can check the balance in the SurePoints tab in the Profile section on the menu.
Your SurePoints for a given order get credited within 48 hours from the time of the order delivery.
You can stay updated with new offers and benefits through emailers, SMS and Whatsapp messages. Be sure to complete your profile section to enable these updates.You can register for WhatsApp updates on the app.
While ordering, you can choose to either redeem through SurePoints or use applicable discounts at the time of the order.
If the order is cancelled by you or by the restaurant, the money will be transferred back to your payment mode. However, in such a case, there won’t be any SurePoints credited.
